With
her leather-clad, androgynous persona and exhibitionist style, Suzi
Quatro became an icon of the 70s glam rock scene; she later expanded her
career to include acting, appearing in TV's HAPPY DAYS as "Leather
Tuscadero." Quatro paved the way for the riot grrrl movement with her
tough, streetwise attitude and her skills as a musician with a
hard-rock, edgy style. At the height of her career she scored such hits
as "Stumblin' In," "48 Crash," "Daytona Demon" and the number 1 "Devil
Gate Drive." LEATHER FOREVER combines rare home movies and little-known
music videos with live footage from Suzi's 2003 Stuttgart, Germany tour,
as well as footage from the upcoming documentary on Suzi's life
entitled NAKED UNDER LEATHER.
